Well done Tranquility Pools! Tranquility Pools provided professional friendly assistance and advice culminating in a contract with us to install our pool. We love the final product and would like to thank Tranquility pools and the install team for the assistance given to accommodate our handicapped children. As a retired local government Town Planner I appreciated the no hassle approval. Could not recommend Tranquility Pools high enough. Shannon was amazing at explaining the whole process, options and designs at our initial meeting and was very easily contactable when ever we had any questions. From the moment we signed our contracts to install day, Tranquility Pools were nothing but professional. The product and service are of the highest quality and considering we signed a few weeks out from Christmas, we were swimming in our new pool before the end of summer! The pool was installed and filled within 3 days of delivery without any issues or complications. Tranquility Pools took care of all of the paperwork including council approvals which made our lives easy. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and so glad that we choose Tranquility Pools, a local family operated business. We will have many years of enjoyment to come and look forward to Summer!!

From our first meeting with Tranquility Pools I knew it was going to be through them we would get our pool. All the workers involved were very pleasant and continuously updated me with the progress each day, and any questions I had were answered. The outcome is a great pool in our backyard and I know this summer we will be enjoying endless warm days swimming.
