The dig and installation went very smoothly, and it is a credit to your team that there were absolutely no problem with the pool or its surrounds during the devastating storms of the June long weekend. The structure and equipment show no signs of damage whatsoever, despite the fact that our neighbours said that it was the worst weather he had experienced in 30 years of living on our street.

In March after months of careful consideration, we decided to "take the plunge" and obtain quotes for the supply and installation of our proposed swimming pool.

Most pool companies employ part-time salesmen as the first point of contact with the customer. With Tranquility we found that dealing directly with the principal(Gary Martine) of a family company, provided many advantages especially in the planning of the project. With Tranquility we get the fill picture as to costs and there were no hidden extras. Any aspect of the pool installation could be discussed with Gary.

Tranquility managed the project from preparation of plans for council and relevant authorities to the final installation and commissioning of the pool.

A check list provided by Tranquility ensured all aspects and timetable for the installation were programmed. Sub-contractors for equipment supply, transportation of pool, craning, installation, solar heating and construction of concrete bond beam were all very professional and provided quality workmanship. We were informed of any change to the programme schedule. In our case this only happened once due to inclement weather.

Our pool had to be installed into an existing backyard area and the installer was particularly careful. At all times we found it was always possible to discuss any matter with either Gary or his sub-contractors. We are very pleased with the completed installation which has exceeded our expectations./

We would have no hesitation in recommending Tranquility Pools.

"...When we were looking around for pool companies, we heard horror stories from a variety of friends, neighbours and colleagues about the whole 'getting a pool nightmare'. I can honestly say there was not one drama, in fact on the other extreme, Tranquility could not do enough for us. Even replacing something that seemed perfectly fine yet apparently didn't look right to your people. It sounds very mushy but our pool has reinforced our family's closeness and it has become a lifestyle with chatting by the pool, drinking by the pool (!), catching up with friends and family that we otherwise would not have done. This Aussie tradition of throwing a few snags on the barbie has made my husband very happy!
